Meeting Sign up report only shows 2 speakers/evaluators when three are on agenda

Our Meeting Sign up grid report only shows 2 speakers/evaluators but three are on the agenda. How do I get all 3 to show up on the Meeting SIgn up grid report?

This is a role for which members can sign up
for both roles

Also look at Evaluator 3 it is not the same nameing convention as the other 2.
