Am I able to add our zoom link directly on our email template. Currently we're copy/pasting the link on each email when sending out the agendas. Since we have a different toastmaster each week, they sometimes forget to add the zoom link.

Why do that, there is already a place for you to place the zoom link in the VENUE feature of the agenda.
