Can the "Members Only" portion of website be changed - or some items not shown?

I was wondering if any of them could be deleted. Per Brian's response I was in the right place but some of the links shown on For Members Only do not appear in the area where you can have them not show. I think I'm looking at additional links that show because I'm an office, VPE and/or administrator. So I think I'm good. Thanks for checking.
