We have been receiving error messages for an email address that is valid and deliverable outside of FTH. The domain is impactbio.com The bounce text (with the recipient's name redacted) is:
________@impactbio.com appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

I'm hoping you can let me know what's up and appreciate your time and effort. I am happy to provide the local-part of the address construct if needed. I understand that this particular email server may be slow or otherwise impaired based on a
similar problem you fixed for us last year.
