I have requested help with this before and I am still having a problem logging into our site.
I became the admin for this site earlier this year and I have both my new admin password and the previous admin's password.
I try to log in and I get and error. My passwords do not work. When I select "forgot my password" I am sent a link that looks like it will get me pass the front page of the website, but it does not. It simply take me to the front page.
This is exactly what happened before, so something is still not right.
How can I get in?
