Having setup Grant as a member and assigned the treasurer role, his email address should be receiving the treasurer-1486@toastmastersclubs.org forwards however whenever sending a test email; the following message is returned. Can you please assist in resetting his "count" so the process can try again, assuming it is a one-off issue and not related to his service provider? Thanks.
