Email agenda template/ JavaScript error

Hello. I am trying to use an email template to contact our meeting speakers. When I load the email template ("need speaker details") and attempt to send it to myself as the Website Administrator, I receive an error and the email is never sent. I tried sending a different email template ("all members - open roles") to myself as the Website Administrator and it works just fine.

The template I need to use does have an image in it. Could that be the problem? I've used the template before with no issue.

Nevermind. It looks like I can just delete the picture or replace the picture. Then the template loads and sends without an issue.

When you get the "data transfer error", click the reload link at the bottom of your site and try again.

Why are you basically copying our sign-up screen HTML into your email message? That is a recipe for problems.

Steve, I'm not sure what you mean. I took a screenshot of the speaker sign up section and pasted the image in the email template. I wasn't aware that I was copying any HTML. Please advise.

Ok... sorry. I was not getting that you are pasting a screen capture... never mind!
