Pathways Project Pull down menu in Meeting Agenda FTH

How do you implement the Pathways Project Pull Down Menu in the Meeting Agenda? It was done in the Talk It Up NG Toastmasters Club (Club #1011605) for which I serve VP Membership. I would like to implement the same feature in the Meeting Agenda for Fairfax Bi-Lingual Club #7540023. See attached clipped agenda image.
