New member not receiving opt-in emails

I am attempting to send an opt-in email to a new member, but they are apparently not receiving them. I have verified that their email address is correct, and our system has previously sent opt-in emails correctly.

We cannot help you as you did not provide your club number and at least the new members first name so we can see what is happening

Tell Josh to check his spam box the emails were delivered to gmail
