One of our members, Danielle Tinker, is unable to receive emails when our members-4885982@toastmastersclubs.org email address is used to send emails to our club members. This is the error message we receive:
danielle.tinker@use.salvationarmy.org was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit
support.toastmastersclubs.org
and post a support request message for more information.
Her email address is valid and she has used it since she became a member with us, about 2 years ago. This problem started occurring this past summer (around July, I think) and then it was fixed by Roger. It is happening again and we don't know why and don't know how to fix it. Your help is appreciated. She is our VPE and sends/receives a lot of club emails. If we knew how to prevent this in the future that would be useful as well.
