Emailing prospects from club email

I'm a new VPM so I'm now learning the site.

How do I email Prospects "on the behalf of the club"? When I use Quick Add, it sends them the email to Opt-In. And since they are not activated, there is a strikethrough in their info, so I can't email them anyway.

Currently, I have to use my personal email to contact Prospects. I'm hoping there is another option.

1) when posting you must post your club number or we cannot help with your exact issue.

2) before adding people to the website inform them that they will be receiving the opt-in email.

3) until they opt-in you will have to send emails to them using your personal email.
