Name crossed out

2020 Visionaries (club 7121). New member did not opt in as prospect, so name is crossed off. She got the emails and I saw them when sharing on Zoom that she answered the email & got an error message that she can't authenticate because Admin hasn't added her. I have Admin privileges and couldn't add her because she hadn't authenticated.

The Admin couldn't delete her and resent the opt in message, but I was able to delete her a couple minutes ago, but when I added her name back in, she is still lined out.

Does the real ADMIN have to delete and add her? I can talk her through it. VPE

She has to opt in before she can authenticate (click the accept option in the email).

Once she has opted in the line will disappear and she will be able to log in.

Neither she nor I understand the "opt in". I guess I have to see her email to understand what you mean.

A copy "without links" of the opt-in email is sent to the site admin when a new person is added to the website.
I have resent the opt-in email to Ping, I can see that gmail has accepted the email for delivery
