I didn't do anything to resolve it, but my email seems to be working fine. I'm not sure why I even received that message

Your email provider seems to have blocked us before -- just because Brian reinstated you on FTH does not mean we won't get blocked by your email provider again. If we get bounces back from your email provider too many times we will skip your email address again. You need to get sorted out with your email provider why they are refusing emails sent to them by the FTH server.
