Member email no longer receiving emails

Hello - I have seen this addressed for other users as well: we have a VPPR who is not able to receive emails as per the following generated statement: tony@foims.net appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) His name is Anthony and he is a member of theartof400online.toastmastersclubs.org/ . Any assistance is appreciated to fix this. Regards, D Clay
