My new club member can't login

Hi I am the webmaster for club 07523857. My new member helen wong is receiving the email after I add her to the membership, but then she never gets the popup box to setup her password. She has tried multiple browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome) and still no luck. Is there a way for me to set a temporary password for her in the admin console?

i was able to log in as Helen.
If she is using a work computer she might have a popup blocker set, have her allow popups from your website.

They have to create their own password, no one else can do it for them. Password are personal property.
