Duplicate role not appearing after first instance

Hi team,
I'm noticing for quite some time that when I enter subsequent instances of a role in an agenda, the member who signed up does not show up immediately. For instance, I enter John Doe as Toastmaster in the first line using "Toastmaster" in the role field. Every subsequent instance, I enter "*Toastmaster*" and save. The role appears with a "-" dash in the name field. It's not until I go into edit mode and bring up that role and hit save (with no changes) that all of the subsequent (duplicate) roles on the agenda are populated with name and pic.
Is this a bug?

Without your club number there is nothing we can do for you.
Also when asking about a specific agenda please give us the date in question.

My apologies. We are club 7661107. You can use the April 8th agenda . John Leonard has signed up as the Toastmaster and his name and photo appear for the first instance of the role. However, all subsequent ones are not filled in. If I were to go into the 2nd instance that begins at 7:12pm and click on the pencil (edit) icon, make no changes and hit Save, John's name and photo would be copied to all instances of Toastmaster. If I don't do that, then they will remain blank.

You need to put the * before and after all the roles you want grouped
*Toastmaster*
I fixed the first one and they all work now.

Thanks for your quick response. From my end, I go into edit mode, and all the Toastmasters (subsequent) roles have the * before and after the Title. I'm not sure if I'm missing something. But I see them, but only while in edit mode.

You should only see the * in edit mode.

Check that the roles are in the correct order and then save. the role with the member and the * needs to be the first occurrence
