Zoom link does not appear after added to the URL box

Hello there!

We are relaunching the PAHO/WHO FTH (club # 7765), and I am trying to add the Zoom link to the agenda for our next meeting on April 13th.

I have found the location to add the Zoom link searching in the forum, and I have successfully added it. However, it does not appear on the agenda.

I cannot figure out my error. Could you please help me out with it?

You have to create a Meeting Venue that has the Meeting URL set a the zoom link then set that Meeting Venue for the meeting agenda.

go to your Admin Console > Agenda Settings > venue >select Zoom > click + > fill in the information and save.

Hi Brian,

I did all that you said. However, I did create the Zoom venue. There is not an option for me to select Zoom and proceed to click +.

did you look at the docs Steve posted?

If you still cannot figure it out post your zoom link
