Can't send agenda emails

When we try to send out an agenda email from the club website, it fails and this error message appears:

epa.toastmastersclubs.org says

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=Agenda[EmailAgenda/Send E-mail]

Error=

1) we always require your club number to assist you.

2) Did you follow the instructions and click the reload link at the bottom your website?

2. I interpreted the error message as an invitation to reload the website, not an instruction. So I'll try that now. When I send another agenda email, on Thursday, I'll reply here to let you know if it worked.

When I tried to send the agenda last Thursday (around 9 am CT), a few members received it, but most did not. The site did not display an error message, but it also did not display a success message.
