Need log-in

District 16 Toastmasters is creating a new website and we need the log in for our legacy website that we will not be using much longer ... d16.toastmastersdistricts.org/ . Can you please contact me with some log-in details so I can work with our web developers? Thank you! Any questions, call 269-369-5575.

OK, so I got the email below, entered some info and it appears I am an admin now. But when I log out and try to log back in as a site administrator, none of the the log-in info I use will work.

Note that if you have requested a password reset multiple times in a short timeframe, only the link in the *last* email sent will actually work.

Once in, click on "launch admin console", click on the "Administrator Info" tab, enter/change your password there, then click "Save".

If you entered and confirmed a valid password you should be able to use that to log in as admin.
You might need to clear your cache.
Otherwise just request a password reset again - that will give you access every time, even if you don't set a password.

I'm in a loop. It's not giving me log-in credentials. It just takes me right to the site. I need an ID and password that I can give to a web developer so they can retrieve info as we build or new site. Do we need to make that person an administrator?

The ID is the district - d16
The password is the one you create and save. We do not know passwords.
