Member blocked from access to club website

Hello,

We are a new club, and after adding all of the members, Joanne has not received the opt-in email.

I added Joanne Sprott (joanne@cosmicwhispers.com) to the White List on the club's email security (Upgrade Virtually # 7852130) and resent the opt-in. It has been two hours, and she has not received the opt-in email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. You may contact Joanne directly if you wish.

joanne@cosmicwhispers.com) is hosted in a data center that allows spammer that have spammed FTH many times, so the IP for the mail server was blocker.
I have removed the block and resent the opt-in email.
