Club 7888615 Mebane Toastmasters (New Member Welcome Issue)

We're a new club and I had everyone do their opt-in back in june when we went live. I verified they were opted in and then last week they were dropped off the member list. I had missed a message to alert folks about 2 days before removal. They were filtered off. I'm new to this admin role and trying to get them back in. They are gone from any list (which might be the way it's supposed to work). I'm a new admin so I may have missed something when I set everyone up but I got confirmation of the initial opt-ins. Any suggestions? Is there something else I should do?
