Cookies

I have not been able to login to the FTH website for TopofTroyToastmasters.org. Got the following error message. Strangely, I don't have the same problem with the FTH sites for other Toastmasters clubs. Cookies have alwyas been enabled on my web browsers. Both the Chrome and MS Edge on my PC got the same error message.

Error Message: It appears that cookies are disabled or unavailable by your browser for your club website.

The problem is solved! The FTH website of the club that I am trying to log into is club number 864753, Top of Troy. I was using the following URL which gave me the error message:
www.topoftroytoastmasters.org/

When I used the following URL, I was able to login successfully:
864753.toastmastersclubs.org/

The login screens for the 2 URL's seem to be identical. I am not sure why the club created 2 URL's. I will make sure to use the correct one in the future.

It seems that the club has a custom domain which isn't set up correctly.
You might want to refer the club website admin to this documentation on how to configure their DNS settings: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
