If you have any intel as to why the emails are bouncing and if I need to instruct him to do any further, please let me know.

it has been reset. However this could happen again if they do not resolve the source of the problem.

It looks like emails sent from the FTH server are being caught in that person's email spam filter. They need to whitelist the server email address (server@toastmastersclubs.org) in their email agent.
