Club secretary unable to send e-mails to group addresses

Greetings!
Our new club secretary has been unable to send e-mails to our members list and our officers list. The first time this happened she received an e-mail telling her that her message did not get sent; since then her attempts were met with silence (and no e-mails delivered to members or officers). Initially she had only one e-mail address in our records; I have since added a secondary/back-up e-mail address. Still, she cannot send e-mails using either of the registered e-mail addresses.

Please help! Her addresses are helensousatm@gmail.com (primary) and helenmarie1116@gmail.com (secondary).

In the last 5 weeks, I would suggest she try again and make sure the TO: email is correct.

Checking the logs I only see one email from helensousatm@gmail.com on Jun21
