I spent some time on this because not only do I want to provide good service to you I have an obligation to all my clients.
I saw the first 2 lines of Brian McDonald’s response and would like to see some evidence of spam sent to FTH.
I reran the checks Steve James provided and attached results to this email.
I also attached a few other tests. MXToolBox.com results for MX, SMTP and an email header analyzer.
Ran a test with mail-tester.com for SpammyNess.
Check multiple Blacklist and Reputation websites, none of which we are listed on.
Finally, double checked to make sure we weren’t greylisting incoming email for you and we are not.
If our server if blocking the server their bulk mail comes out of, then I would need the IP of the source to whitelist it in our system.
If it has something to do with DMarc, DKIM, SPF or the like I would need to domain of the email address that sends bulk mail to you.
Feel free to forward any of this to Brian, Steve or anyone else you think may be interested.
jkchapman@mountprospect.com is affecting every club where Kevin is a member - and he so far refused to change his email server (he has several other email accounts on same email server)!
