Can't access club website from work

Hi. My company has a Toastmasters club and they have setup a website setup here at FreeToastHost ( 2674.toastmastersclubs.org/ ). I'm in the IT department. They reported to me that they've lost the ability to reach their site from the corporate network in the last 6 months. The site is accessible from every other network I've tested from. On our network, DNS resolves correctly, the webfilters allow the site, and routing appears to be correct to reach the site. Packet captures of attempts to connect to the site from the corporate network show no reply traffic being received from the site. Do you see anything on your side that would prevent us from accessing the site from x.x.x.5? I just attempted to connect at 11:15 AM Eastern time. Thanks!

Sorry. We were accessing from x.x.x.x.6, not x.x.x.5. Thanks.
