VP mentoring

It seems to me that there was an officer role  "VP Mentoring" but I cannot find it any more.
We have a VP Mentoring and I was not able to assign to him the rights to the Membership Management module because the role was not on the list of officers with potential access to that module ("other officer" was not available either)

There has NEVER been a VP Mentoring in Toastmasters or FreeToastHost.
You can use the "Other Officer" to include them in the officer mailing group.

You might be thinking of the option to allow a member to take charge of assigning mentors.  That can be assigned in the Email and Contact Forms module.  The member then has access to the membership list for assigning mentors and mentees, and also the relevant mentoring reports from the Membership Management module.
