Thank you Jliu! The email address I used to invite the members to Free Toast Host conforms to the email address in our club roster on the Toastmasters.org site. However that is a good idea to ask them to forward the communication they received from Free Toast Host. Thanks!

Hello Brian,
I have researched all the documents and nothing sheds light on why a member, who received an email acknowledgment of her Free Toast Host registration and who completed the activation, is still showing up with a line through her name and cannot access the Free Toast Host site. This is the second time I have sent her an invitation and she has tried to register.
I would be grateful if you or one of the other administrators could troubleshoot this particular issue for us.
We are club #8348 Babylon Babblers and the member is Jaree Kiatsuphimol.

Thanks for the follow-up Elise. One thing to note; Toastmasters International also sends a welcome opt-in email when someone joins. FreeToastHost is not part of TI and has no dual or cross functionality with Toastmasters.org. Something to keep in mind when guiding new members through the process of joining your club website.
I ran a new member account on my club site.
The above image is the FTH email log when the account is created and displaysRT in the club member list.
The FTH email log for both of yourstrike through members looks like the image above.
I selected the Opt-In link in the email and this image shows the new entry in the FTH email log along with RT in our member list. The new entry confirms that FTH processed my opt-in and I received the welcome email (the second email) from the club website.
What does this mean? Based on the FTH email logs it appears the two members have not yet accepted the opt-in email.
Your members should also be able to confirm if they saw a new web page open when they selected the opt-in (AGREE) link in the email. It looks like this (with your site information of course):
www.goodmorningtoastmasters.com/index.cg...3&_=1638587253.57601
You have the ability to track these opt-in emails yourself. Please visit the following page and check the settings in your site.
