Thanks for the follow-up Elise. One thing to note; Toastmasters International also sends a welcome opt-in email when someone joins. FreeToastHost is not part of TI and has no dual or cross functionality with Toastmasters.org. Something to keep in mind when guiding new members through the process of joining your club website.
I ran a new member account on my club site.
The above image is the FTH email log when the account is created and displays
RT in the club member list.
The FTH email log for both of your
strike through members looks like the image above.
I selected the Opt-In link in the email and this image shows the new entry in the FTH email log along with RT in our member list. The new entry confirms that FTH processed my opt-in and I received the welcome email (the second email) from the club website.
What does this mean? Based on the FTH email logs it appears the two members have not yet accepted the opt-in email.
Your members should also be able to confirm if they saw a new web page open when they selected the opt-in (AGREE) link in the email. It looks like this (with your site information of course):
