The information Steve needs is deeper than the inbox appearance of the email. In each email is a menu or button to show the raw email header info. Sorry that I can only provide Gmail as an example. Your email client should have a comparable method to view the raw header info. However, in Gmail; click 'More' (the three dots in the upper right corner of the email) then in the menu that appears select 'Show Original'. You will see a new view like this

I am wondering about the toastmasters' meetings. I had attended one on a We=
dnesday to try out a few weeks ago. How is this one different and are there=
others in North Vancouver? I'm not sure how this works and if each group s=
ticks to the day they meet or change around?
