FreeToastHost does not recognize my e-mail address

Folks:Hi. I’m the president of In-Person Toastmasters, Club Number: 3474192 in District 38. I’m writing today because FTH does not recognize my e-mail address. Our District expert has exhausted all his remedies, but to no avail. When he tries to enter "Ken@KenK.org" (my e-mail address for the last 20+ years), the system refuses to accept it. I can neither send nor receive. Can you please make whatever changes are necessary to allow me to send and receive e-mails to and from my club? I would appreciate it greatly.Any questions, please let me know.- Ken Ken V. Krawchuk, DTM2President, In-Person ToastmastersClub 3474192, District 38

Your primary email is kenkrawchuk@gmail.com. You are trying to access your secondary email. The system will send notifications to the primary and secondary emails but relies on the primary for logging in. If you want to log in with the ken@ email, make that your primary in Edit Your Profile.

We did that, and it did not work. What it did was complain about Ken@KenK.org as not being recognized in some SMTP list somewhere. We put in the gmail account so that I could at least receive e-mails, but I cannot send them.
Can you try to add my e-mail address and see what happens? Maybe then you could fix it.

You are hosting in a datacenter that allows spammers, who have spammed FTH and the IP for your server was blocked.

Made Ken@KenK.org the only address and sent a test message twelve hours ago, did not work. Spam folder empty too.
I don't understand your comment about servers. I upgraded to a new server several weeks ago, so whatever problem there is, it spans servers. Do you know which server it's complaining about?
