I am the President of Durham Toastmasters, Club #1203. Our website is not opening correctly and we cannot get into the site. This is an urgent matter, if someone can assist please. Our URL is -- New tab (durhamtoastmasters.org) .

DNS settings for custom domain (

) is not set up correctly per our online documentation:

Thank you Brian for getting back to me so quickly. It looks like the URL was changed to include 1203 and our club was not made aware of this.

No your custom domain looks to have expired. The custom domain is the responsibility of the club, FTH has nothing to do with its purchase or on going payments. You need to find the club member who purchased the custom domain.

Incorrect! *Every* FreeToastHost website can be accessed via multiple URLs, one of which is *always active*, uses your club number, and is provided by the system. Brian is just giving you that URL to show you that your website is still there, but your custom domain url is not set up correctly. That is why you are having issues with it.
Please review our online documentation for proper understanding of how the system works.
