Unable to upload profile picture for member

Hi there, I am in club #59 and our website is tmclub59.com

A member, Sherry Z, is unable to upload a profile image for her profile. As admin, I am encountering the same error.
I tried both jpg and png files, with different file names, and different sizes and resolutions, and the error still happens.
 "the selected file must be a jpg, png, or gif image file."

I have made a code change.  Please try this again and let us know if you are still seeing an issue.
