HTTPS cert issue for custom domain

Hi, I'm getting a "We were unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate for your custom domain: www.islandfoghorns.org " notification for our site.  The custom domain is good through 2023.  Can you help me diagnose the issue?

The certificates automatically renew and your DNS is correctly configured to work with FTH. Occasionally server to server traffic (such as between a web host and the cert authority) will skip a beat. (Similar to a web page that is only briefly unavailable). A subsequent automatic cert renewal will succeed and this is the case for your site. Nothing to diagnose this time.

You'll see Jan 29th and Feb 5th in your admin messages:

Hemme:  What you see in your admin messages when you log in will not be the same as our log entries that Richard posted above, but there should be a date correspondence with our log entries.  Our log entries tend to be more technically worded in nature and worded more for our use in troubleshooting issues.
