I am getting an error today stating that our website is not private and is unsafe due to the certification expiring yesterday. This apparently is a hosting issue. I don't know much about this, but is FTH responsible for this? If not, how can I correct this?

It looks like there was some sort of communication issue w/ the Lets Encrypt server on previous renewal attempts.   It was apparently automatically resolved on the latest renewal attempt by our cert renewal loop.
