I get no secondary response from toastmastersclubs.org when try to view my club's Home Page. I see the background but no logon information or anything. Just get the busy "circle" in the middle of the page. I'm thinking my IP address is blocked on the Domain Server. The SAME issue occurs when I try to get to other CLUB FTH sites: their background color or image is seen with the circle spinning in the middle of the page.
I can connect to a remote desktop and reach multiple club's home pages with no issues. I've tried multiple browsers on my PC- same thing. I have no issues with any other (non "toastmastersclubs.org" web sites). I even installed a VPN and had the same problem. Maybe I didn't get my IP address changed - not sure. Since I could REACH the Domain I thought my Firewall wall was not the issue, but I turned off my firewall to be sure and the issue remained.
Any help would be appreciated.

I removed the VPN app. Issue still there. I tried accessing 4 other club FTH sites with their club number. Same issue. Getting that BACKGROUND color or picture fed back to me is weird. Must not be a DOMAIN ip block since it accepts my initial contact packet and feeds me the home page background.
I could set up a remote desktop or a Zoom session to share screen. Might take 10 or 15 minutes of your time. I am tied up tonight 6 - 8 pm. Open all day tomorrow. Maybe best for me to record a session and send you that first.
