Fallout from Recent Email Failures

After hearing that the recent email issue was resolved, I sent a test message to my members using the "members-2082@..." list. Only 7 of the 19 members responded and that may be because the simply haven't replied. Is it possible that some member emails were flagged as problems in the Microsoft IP attack? I no longer see the error log when I log in as Admin so I cannot tell which emails showed up there as bounce problems. If I send a list of emails can you verify they are not blocked (or is that something you can do in batch mode)?
