The Bounce Count for Email Address [FNolimal@AssuranceLtd.com] has been reset to zero.
FNolimal@AssuranceLtd.com uses baracuda as an email filter there is nothing we can to about getting email through this filter. They need to contact their IT.
I have resent the opt-in to the guest record, the logs say the email was received by the baracuda servers. If he does not receive, have him provide this record to his IT group
