Bing - Not Crawled - no H1 tag-and more

Bing - Not Crawled - no H1 tag-and more

hello
I'm not the most computer savvy individual. I know just enough to be dangerous and have asked enough peoples advice to be able to give you the information for you to help me. When I type Fairview Heights Toastmasters into Google it comes up front and center website tabs go straight to the website. Very happy with Google. When I use Biing the international find a club comes up on top and of course the website on that is correct. On Bing the website tab That appears to the right hand side of the searches takes me to our Facebook site no matter how many times I have changed it and suggested edits it always defaults back to Facebook. I have been able to verify the club on Google and am able to see the analytics. I finally got Biing to verify the URL. When I have Biing inspect the URL It states discovered but not crawled. In other research that I have done it does not appear that we have H1 Tag not sure how to add that. In the source code I see several spots That indicate noindex. Not sure what to do with that information.
Please advise me on how to proceed
