My AOL Account is Being Blocked

Dear Good People:

What with your new Capacha configuration, I am getting notices of bounced email from kipbarkley@aol.com.

I have added server@toastmastersclubs.org to my address book. I know AOL is flaky, but I have been on FreeToastHost for years. I do not employ automated or spam-like techniques, I use kipbarkley@gmail.com as an alternative address. It will be a pain when I am finally forced to dump AOL. I rather keep using it.

I am using Free Toast Host in three clubs where I am a leader.

1) What club numbers are you referring to?
2) the captcha is only in test mode it is not stopping anything
3) The Bounce Count for Email Address [kipbarkley@aol.com] has been reset to zero.

I keep getting notices like:
