in need of an administrator

I believe an administrator from FreeToastHoast is needed to help solve the club site problems.  fairviewheights.toastmastersclubs.org/

1. robots.txt file is preventing crawling of site
2. have a <meta name="robots" content="NOINDEX"> on pages: pages contain <meta name="robots" content="NOINDEX"> in the page's source code we will not add them to the index.
3. There is no H1 tag in page source

I also noticed you offer improvement suggestion and site evaluation. Please do so.

What pages have robots noindex?

I am with Fairview Heights Toastmasters 4206. The home page on Free toast host has the noindex and I do not see a H1 Tag on the home page. Could these things keep the site from being indexed on Bing? 

No that has nothing to do with the indexing. Bing does what it wants when it wants, are you signed up for the Bing tools?

Yes, I am using Bing tools. Bing Tools is the one telling me that I have no H1 Tag and noindex. I have added screenshot
