Getting messages about bounced emails that are not correct

Hello, I just launched admin console and the message from Freehost indicated that Nancy Tinari email ( Nancy_Tinari@yahoo.com) was bouncing back too many times.  I contacted Nancy and she is not having any issues getting or using the group email for our club and I have never got a message inidicating that her email bounced back . I get an error message that Kirsten Anderson's ( KirstyKat@shaw.ca) email is bouncing back and I have contacted her and now removed her email from our member's list but this isn't indicated on the message from Freehost.  Something isn't working right.  Just to let you know.
