ToastHost moved my name from "members list" to "former member" list.

Greetings! The same exact thing happened to me last week (5/11/22)! I figured it must have been because I have been forwarding the agenda to a few people who expressed interest in the club to encourage them to attend the meeting. One of these recipients must have clicked the unsubscribe button.

Unfortunately, now I can't get back into FTH with my former name, and I have had to create a new user name.

The problem with having a new user name is that I can no longer look up my past roles on FTH. My history has been wiped clean and my former roles are all relegated to "former member".

Is there a way to re-institute my former identify on FTH? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!!

Your club site admin can do this for you.
Thank you,

Thanks! Logging in with my club site admin password (I'm President of the club), I was able to do this just now! Here's how it was done: (1) from the admin console, selected "Membership Management", (2) selected "Former Members" list, (3) checked the box next to my name, (4) selected a tool to move my name back to the current member list. It was super quick and easy--so happy to have been re-instated!!!
