Hi, For months now we have been trying to solve the issue of a bouncing email when using blanket members emails from FTH.
Below is a copy of the the email that comes back. I can assure you this themail in question is in all other cases fully functioning. Of course we have also tried whitelisting the FTH site but this has made no difference.
Here is the reply message:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) *** Please check the email address to make sure it is not misspelled. ***If you believe this warning is incorrect, please visit
support.toastmastersclubs.org
and post a support request message.
The lady whos email this refers to has contacted her IT provider and the following came back from them:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. account is functioning as normal and is able to both receive and send emails.However it does look like the it is failing SPF checks.I have edited the SPF record on your domain name to fix this issue however it's unlikely that was the reason for these issues nor is it likely to fix it.In this case the best option would be reaching out to the external host to see what is happening with the emails on their end.Additionally if they can provide a list of IP addresses emails may be being sent through we can check our server to see if there are any firewall blocks.If you do have any futher questions or concerns feel free to ask.
