Hello,

I have made multiple attempts to add one of our members, Barbara Keil to Wayne TM website -  wayne.toastmastersclubs.org/ . She never receives the email; she checked her junk mail folder - it was not there. Her emails is bkeil@keilheatac.com. She has been a TM member for very long time and she used to receive emails from the website, but few months ago she stopped receiving them. I tried several time to add her without success. The last time was about an hour ago - about 3 pm EST today 7/4/22.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thank you

If she received emails does that mean you deleted her and lost all of her previous history?

Her email is hosted in a datacenter that allows spammers and her email server was blocked.
I have removed the block for now, and resent the opt-in email.

Hi Brian,

Yes I was thinking that deleting her and adding her back would fix the problem, but unfortunately, it did not :-(

After your intervention, Barbara confirmed back to we she received the authentication email and approved her account on the Wayne TM website. Thank you very much for the quick response and most importantly for fixing the issue!

Should I ask her to report the issue (datacenter allowing spammers) to her ISP. By the way, now I remember that two years ago her server was taken over by hackers who demanded ransom. Luckily she had an off-site copy of her database so she was able to restore almost everything (she owns a company and all her customer data base was on that server).

Thanks again for the awesome support, Brian!

Thank you
Iavor

Not worth the effort now. If you had involved us at the beginning of the issue, reporting would make a difference.
