Member email address changed, but emails still sent to the outdated one

From West Austin II, Club 6379
We have a member who has changed her email address which was work related, to her personal gmail address. She is no longer employed by the employer where the old address originated. When we send system emails such as forwarding our agenda to members, hers go to the incorrect email address. Her updated email address is correct in the member page of the admin console and in the private membership directory. Not sure where else to change it. 
Old, incorrect email address: jen.casey@sentemortgage.com
New correct email address: jencasey.austin@gmail.com
