Links missing in opt in or opt out of receiving messages from FTH

I sent out an email to new members so they could verify and confirm that they opt in to messages from FTH. Howeverf the link they should verify or opt out is blank . What is the URL's for opting in or out? The message looked like this

If you agree, your name, email address (if provided), and your phone number (if provided) will be stored in the website.
Your name or email address can be used to login to the website to update or remove any of your personal information stored.

You are misunderstanding.  The version of the email they got contains the links and each link is personalized for them alone.  We do not include the links in the version that the admin gets, because we do not want admins opting in for new members.  The new members need to do that themselves.
