I am getting the following message when I try to update this club member’s officer role:

          Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail: ken@gksummers.net (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

Also, when I send email to him and his wife via ToastHost; I get a message saying that they are undeliverable.
Her address is gail@gksummers.net

I have seen similar problems in the forum that you have fixed.  Could you please help us?

Your members host their email in a datacenter that allows spammers and the IP was blocked.

I have removed the block for now
