Meeting Attendance Report

The Meeting Attendance Report has this item, " R - Attendance was confirmed as attending REMOTELY (Yes, remotely)." However our meeting reports never have an R because we don't know how a member can respond whether they plan to attend remotely or when reconciling the report, there isn't a place to check "member attended remotely".

How does one go about getting some R's in our report?
