I'm having trouble trying to make out the message on your image. We always need your club number and either a first name or last name of the person affected. I think this is Jane / club 5474.

Thanks for your question. No, she does not use a VPN and yes it's our new Secretary, Jane Kenney at janekenney75@gmail.com is the one having the issue. Here is the error message she is receiving indicating her message has been blocked. The response from the remote server was:550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (
members-5474@toastmasters.org:550
