We have a member who suddenly cannot send to our "Members" email address thru FreeToastHost? The repose she received is in the attachment.

I'm having trouble trying to make out the message on your image.  We always need your club number and either a first name or last name of the person affected.  I think this is Jane / club 5474.
Is she using a VPN?

Thanks for your question. No, she does not use a VPN and yes it's our new Secretary, Jane Kenney at janekenney75@gmail.com is the one having the issue.  Here is the error message she is receiving indicating her message has been blocked. The response from the remote server was:550 permanent failure for one or more recipients ( members-5474@toastmasters.org:550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [BN8NAM12FT047.eop-n...)
  Hopefully, this will help you to figure out what is happening.

Ok, the problem is the address to send to is:
Have to use the correct email address.
