Need to change my username on this forum (or delete and recreate the account)

There was some sort of autofill that changed my username after I forgot to click on agreeing to terms and conditions

You may be able to change your username yourself. Go to Update Profile and click on Edit.

If that doesn't work, let us know what username you'd like and we can change it for you.

I tried that initially and the username field was read only.  I would like to change it to RichMcKnight. Originally I was going to use my email address and then somehow when I forgot to click that I agreed to the terms and conditions, it cleared out my password and then when I tried to paste it back it, I did not realize that my cursor was in the username field (and the rest is history -- as is that password )

I'd forgotten that the display name field is read-only.

Anyway, the change is now made.
